A Coaching Model Created by Marie Laure Dancer
(Career Coach, MALAYSIA)

Vision without action is merely a dream Action without vision just passes time Vision with action can change the world. Joel Barker

Who I Am

In a previous professional life, I gained experience and knowledge of the specific corporate world and processes by working several years for an international financial company.

My job was to design and promote an offer dedicated to the international corporate clientele: a good way to develop my skills of listening in an international environment, building up a client-oriented approach.

During a career break to raise my children I launched an association to muster women’s professional networking in France. It was a turning point in my life. I met so many women seeking a more meaningful career that I made the decision to support them in achieving their goals and first became a trainer.

I have delivered comprehensive programs in France, Montreal and Kuala Lumpur on different items such as expatriation, professional transitions and communication skills in business. Today, I support people who want to start or optimize their business or retrain. I designed this coaching model for those persons.

Who Are My Clients

My clients are mainly women who had a career or were “stay-at-home mums” who want to give another direction to their professional life. They are all creative, responsible and enthusiastic persons who want to make the most of their life and feel fulfilled by leading a meaningful career or a sustainable business. My “coaching model” supports them in achieving this goal on a step by- step comprehensive coaching model.

Career Coaching Model Marie Laure Dancer 2Dream

Nothing can happen that hasn’t been dreamt.

Ask yourself:

What is my wildly improbable goal (WIG*)?

Shift from Adaptation to the expectations of others (family, society, education) to a Personal Reflection.

Open our mind and heart to lift us beyond what we thought to be our limitations.

My Roles As your Coach

To offer you a confidential space of non judgment No more worry about how you are perceived by others Feel free to contemplate the unknown tools used in the coaching sessions : the 7 primary personalities and secondary personalities) Martha Beck

Explore

Explore Yourself to Find your “True Self”: Awareness

  • What are my essential values (to distinguish with social, education values)?
  • What did I love to do when I was a child?
  • What am I very good at ? What hinders me from moving forward ?

Explore Your Environment form your Intuition: Confidence+Freedom

    • Interview people you admire and find your Role Model
    • Listen to your intuition and do not hesitate to attend to events, fairs, conferences, workshops Even if you don’t know the goal or how it serves the goal at this moment

      My Roles As your Coach

To provide powerful listening and challenging questions to empower your confidence and break down your limiting beliefs To challenge you to take the first steps of “outside” exploration.

      Be Responsible for your Choices

Making a choice is not a definitive choice for the rest of your life

At the same time, to take the first step is the best way to move forward.

Which one is the most suitable with my “WIG”, my values, strengths and with my environment

Success is not just about what you want to do but merely about what you choose not to do

      My Roles As your Coach

To connect yourself with your final goal and give feed-back

To ensure that your choice is aligned with your values, your strengths, your environment.
