What is élan?

The word élan comes from the French word élancer which means ‘to dart’. Elan is when someone is doing something or acting with energy and confidence. It is a combination of style and vigour.

When your body, mind and soul are aligned with the purpose of your inner self. The spirit of the person is fueled with self-assurance and passion.

ÉLAN = ENERGY + LETTING GO + ACCEPTANCE + NEVER SETTLE DOWN

The ÉLAN internal system of the client

  • Our life is full of challenges that we face However it is important for every individual to create a mindful mind to be able to see the “signs” or “opportunities that also arising in the fort of us.
  • A negative event, for example, always has something to offer This powerful skill is the engine machine of our lives.
  • Supporting the client adding mental and physical energy into their vision, actually see their vision, accept some events that are not under their control and letting them go, will have a tremendous results to their Supporting them to create their best self and never settle down in any case until they achieve what they want, is the ideal ELAN approach, supported by the code of ethics.

Why working with élan model?

For me, élan is a way of living. From an early stage of my life, I was facing a lot of challenges. Confidence was an unknown world for me and insecurity was my best friend. From a young age, I wanted to be different and by achieving that I thought I had to copy or act like other people around me. I thought that would bring me the success I always wanted.

That changed one day with an idea. To create some videos with me talking about overcoming confidence. I was really sceptical and afraid that people will judge me, criticize me and laugh at me but I said to that voice “Thank you for sharing” and I just did what I believed I do best. Changing other people life.

And this is how I start living my life with élan.

Elan coaching model can work as a tool to individuals, groups and specific target groups. Its nature is to adapt to the client’s agenda with its four

(4) elements and start working towards the client’s vision.

However, sometimes clients can be fully aware of the situation and only need to work with the action plan. Here it is important as coaches to observe and sharing feedback to our clients so the goal remains the same without any interruptions. Many times new challenges arise and create mixed emotions that can disorient the focus of the client.
