Why working with élan model?
For me, élan is a way of living. From an early stage of my life, I was facing a lot of challenges. Confidence was an unknown world for me and insecurity was my best friend. From a young age, I wanted to be different and by achieving that I thought I had to copy or act like other people around me. I thought that would bring me the success I always wanted.
That changed one day with an idea. To create some videos with me talking about overcoming confidence. I was really sceptical and afraid that people will judge me, criticize me and laugh at me but I said to that voice “Thank you for sharing” and I just did what I believed I do best. Changing other people life.
And this is how I start living my life with élan.
Elan coaching model can work as a tool to individuals, groups and specific target groups. Its nature is to adapt to the client’s agenda with its four
(4) elements and start working towards the client’s vision.
However, sometimes clients can be fully aware of the situation and only need to work with the action plan. Here it is important as coaches to observe and sharing feedback to our clients so the goal remains the same without any interruptions. Many times new challenges arise and create mixed emotions that can disorient the focus of the client.
