It is believed that every human being has a purpose of life on earth. For various reasons, people share their joy and also experience blockages, unhappy, suffering not enough money to get though the days and even fear of death.
By sharing, relief them from worries and find new path of life.
S SPEAK from your heart, I am your sounding board. During this phase of the coaching process, the coach and client explore the reason for obtaining a coach.
A Coaching agreement has been established and signed. Client share with me what is in their mind. Coach to discover, clarify and align with client what they want to achieve. Establish a respect and trusting space to support the client I am not judgemental.
H HERE I am active listening to the clients concerns, goals, values, and beliefs. Use powerful questionings and active listening to explore if there are any obstacles that is holding the client back.
During coaching session use language that has the greatest positive impact on the client. Ask open-ended questions that create greater clarity, possibility, or new learning. Understand what is the root cause.
The coach helps the client to generate as many options as possible and discuss. Encourage client self-discovery and exploration. Focus on one issue, where the client is right now, where they want to be next and how to get there.
The client will gain self-awareness and there will be discoveries “aha moments”, and the revelations. The client to identify their values and seeing how it aligns with their “true self”.
A ACTION PLANS The client is moved into action plan. The Client to have mile stones before achieving their main goals. Upon discovering their “true self” the client would be able to set attainable and achievable SMART goal based on their values and belief. The coach also holds the client accountable to their action plan.
R RE-FRAME their thought – a different angle to look at things in given situation. Therefore, client understand from another perspective what he/she wants or is uncertain about).
E ENCOURAGES Coach encourages, acknowledges, and challenges the client towards freedom from their previous barriers. Encourages the client to move forward. Hold the client responsible and accountable. The coach Support the client in their journey.
