Stock taking for completion v/s goals. (measure, acknowledge on achievements ) . Review for a potent closure (self reflection on task accomplishment & drawing out balance POA). Agree on any follow through action or any direct involvement of the coach. Check on the client’s level of awareness, transformation and elevation in a way that the client has made a shift which is sustainable and the client can be on his/her own. Take away: Client confidence to be on own.
