Coaching Model: Uncovering the Mysteries Deep Within

2012/07/02

A Coaching Model Created by Julie Fowler
(AdHd Coach, UNITED STATES)

I chose this model because it is my belief that we often navigate through life with subconscious/underlying beliefs that hold us back from reaching our full potential and living a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Introduction

Julie_Fowler_coachingmodel2Much like the prologue of a great mystery novel, the introduction to a potential client is the first opportunity to investigate their needs, goals, attitude, and commitment to the coaching process. It also allows for both the client and coach to become acquainted in order to decipher whether or not both parties agree to move forward together. I believe an introduction is the first vital step in the coaching process. It is the time to explain openly, and create honest dialogue between both parties.

In the beginning of a great read, the plot must be set. In the coach/client relationship this would be the beginning stages of working together.
