Coaching Model: Living Passion

2013/12/12

A Coaching Model Created by Judith Kovács
(Life Coaching, GERMANY)

Where there is passion there is energy and where there is energy there is life.

Lives based on passion are natural and authentic and for those individuals who have found their passion in life, taking action is second nature to them.

Sometimes living your passion can be a very scary and overwhelming experience.

This is where I come in as support. My role is to hold the space for you so that you can identify your natural and authentic self in a safe and trusting environment.

From my perspective, the key to creating the life you want to live is to be found in those things that you are passionate about.

Priorities… Setting priorities in life is important.

Together we will be exploring what is important for you in life and where you see yourself.

Questions posed could be:

  • Where are your right now and where would you like to be ?
  • What are you passionate about ?

After setting priorities it is all about taking action.

Action… When we are full of energy and passion we just naturally want to take action and sometimes this action is just all over the place.

We will be defining SMART action steps, that is, action steps which are specific, measurable, attractive, realistic and timeframed.

Questions posed could be:

  • Will this action step support you in getting closer to your goal ?
  • What is that has held you back so far from taking this action step ?

In order to consciously take action and make possibly lifechanging decisions you need to know yourself … know your strengths.

Strengths… Knowing your strengths.

We all have them. We will be exploring your strengths and the respective needs behind them. We will also be considering how you feel when you are living your strengths and meeting your needs and how you feel when this is not the case.

Questions posed could be:

 Are you living your strengths or are they living you ?
 What needs must be met in order for you to feel happy, content, satisfied ?

The first step in living your strengths consciously is selfawareness.
