The first definition of MUNDO, the Spanish word for “world”, is “conjunto de todas las cosas creadas (together with all the created things.)” The origin of this word is from the Latin: Mundus, Mundi that means everything including the universe, our planet, and the sky. When I was a boy I remember that I stayed quiet, listening with fascination to all the stories coming from different parts of the world. I remember feeling like I was part of all of them… It was enticing to dream about possibilities. Since then I adopted the word as part of my own journey: MUNDO.
MUNDO Coaching Model was conceived and created as an explorative process to help maximize leadership potential. The process is a series of five sequential steps having our “mind” as a strategic starting point. Each step helps develop self-awareness and self-knowledge. It is a framework that enhances leadership at different levels: personal development: maximizing potential, supporting goal achievement and professional development: productivity and sustainability.

Welcome! You have made the decision to take advantage of the benefits of coaching. You are focused, you have an intention in MIND, and it is in our mind where everything happens. You have the knowledge and the power, but more importantly you are moving forward. In your mind, you have consciously reached this point of opportunity. We acknowledge and celebrate this accomplishment. This is the first and the most important step of all. The following steps are the strategic support to achieve your cognitive capacity.

Discover, Believe & Trust.
Before continuing, it is necessary to establish the right environment, creating an architectural space unique to you. This space is a state of being; it cannot be duplicated or adapted. This UNITY reflects who you are, your own values and beliefs, your own set of skills, your knowledge and more importantly your mind. Establishing the right space is a process of discovery, belief and trust. It is in this space where you are opening the doors to the coaching conversation. Based on coaching principles and competencies, Monologue and Dialogue is a power tool that is used to create the space for the client. The tool helps to encourage deeper reflection, thoughts and emotions establishing a clear communication process, laying the groundwork for a successful relationship.

What is available?
Once you know where you are (reality) then it’s time to explore the present moment, the potential NOW. This isn’t a time to restrict ideas; it’s a time to expand ideas to fill in the gaps. This is the time to adapt, innovate, evolve and/or welcome new processes, new “worlds.” Find out what is available for you to do, what is that you can create. This is what we can call the narrative process of your journey, where the great ideas are born.
What is the plan?
Development is a tactical roadmap that integrates commitment with actions and actions with accomplishments. It offers a logical, attractive and enjoyable process where every aspect of the journey is rewarding; every tactic is open to adjust and affirm. We are able to incorporate new habits. Our senses become “awake.”

Measurable & Sustainable.
At this point in the model things are in motion, the client will be able to maintain a rhythm. Every tactic accomplished represents an improvement. Each one is a win, an OUTCOME. There is a shift toward the goal achievement. Let’s remember that after each session there are takeaways.
It is important to measure the progress quantifying the results of the accomplished tactics. It is also possible to evaluate the impact, as well as review inputs in order to continue moving forward toward the desire intention, to the big OUTCOME. The framework of this model helps to deliver a sustainable and lasting experience that can be transferred.
