Coaching Model: Thriving Potential

2016/08/26

A Coaching Model Created by Jamie Swan
(Business Coach, CANADA)

Let your Potential Thrive!

Named after my company (Thriving Potential), this is planned to be my signature approach. It is a 2-part model consisting of ‘Thriving’ which encompasses what I, as the coach am working on throughout our coaching relationship to help the client thrive and ‘Potential’ being the process the client and I go through together to help them achieve their potential.
Business Coaching Model Jamie Swan 1This is the part of the program aimed at high level changes to one’s life. These changes might be showing up differently in their personal relationships, changing careers, trying to achieve a really big goal or a general life transition. This is the process the client and coach work through together. In incorporates a feedback loop to ensure that once the client begins implementing new changes, there is a process for evaluating any course corrections that may be needed or any adjustments that the client may need help with.
