A Coaching Model created by Ingrid Remmery

A salami is a long sausage; sometimes VERY long. In one piece it is pretty much indigestible … so the way to make you swallow it is to slice it up and eat it a little piece at a time.
Do you feel your ideas/challenges are daunting at the beginning because they are so big or look so big?
Or do you feel they are dispiriting you in the middle when the initial blush of enthusiasm has paled and the end is still out of sight?
As a Coach I will support you to reach your goal. We will SLICE the salami together and do it step by step! You decide how, when en where to cut the salami. As a Coach, I’ll keep all the slices together to make sure you had them all.
A private table for two, please.
Coaching is about creating a trustful environment. A place where you feel at ease, a place where you have 100% freedom to speak and a place where 100% confidentiality is guaranteed. Coaching is like having a private dinner; no one is disturbing us.
You can order whatever you want without being judged. Do you want to order salami as an appetizer? As a main course? As a dessert? It doesn’t matter. You can bring every topic on the table. There is no wrong or right.
Our private table is surrounded by positive energy and creativity.
Listen(ing) to (y)our stomach
Our body is ingenious. Have you eaten too much salami at once? Your stomach will let you know J.
Listen to your body, listen to your heart. There is so much wisdom in it. Most of the time the answer to the challenge is within that ingenious body.
As a Coach, I’ll give you all the time needed to tell your ideas, your achievements, your concerns, … I will support you in reaching your goals and dreams. This active and deep listening is the most basic and powerful way to connect and move you forward.
A la carte
Not all salami taste the same. So is every challenge. Each challenge requires specific tools. Coaching is à la carte.
As a coach, I’m acting as a chef cook: going for the best ingredients, offering original dishes in a pleasant place, …
By ‘tuning in’ on the right moment you will move to greater insights on your challenge, your personal strengths, your perspectives, your values, your beliefs, your choices, your possibilities, your intents, your priorities, your actions, your outcome, … your salami.

Is my slice the right size?
One answer: Taste it!
Allow yourself to experiment. Allow your stomach to find out.
