himani tyagi coachingmodel2This coaching model is all about unraveling client’s true and higher self, thus bringing about Luminous Change. ‘Luminous Change’ model is based on the belief that self awareness is absolutely required for the client to achieve his or her vision

  1. I, as a coach will create a safe and loving circle of trust by listening intently, effective questioning, providing tools and techniques, supporting , encouraging and acknowledging my client. This circle of trust will provide a space conducive to learning , exploring and reinventing oneself!
  2. Client will hone and clarify the vision
  3. Client will explore and discover his/her belief system with the help of tools and techniques provided by the coach.
  4. The strengths and positive aspects will be reinforced by creating support structures and plans that are in agreement with the client’s strengths while negative beliefs will be brought to lightand replaced by positive beliefs.
  5. Client will create a plan to achieve the vision, set up structures to ensure forward action.
  6. With coach’s support and encouragement, client will execute the plan.
  7. With new awareness, insights and meaningful action, success will ensue!
  8. Client will nurture, maintain and celebrate the new found awareness!!
