Introduction

With a true devotion for the Personal Growth Coaching & Leadership empowerment process, I support people in finding their own light and creating their unique success story. 

We have a limitless power within ourselves, which starts with the ownership and total responsibility for our lives. This Powerful place of transformation is born from the power of understanding: we are in charge, responsible for ourselves, and aware that we can change our life for the best. We have the power of exploring and discovering our true selves, building on our values and walking towards the right Direction with our Purpose. We own the power of asking, believing, acting, giving and receiving.

The POWERFUL® Coaching model is an inspirational, effective and transformational model that supports the client from the alignment with values and purpose, through the clarification of the objective, the vision, empowerment, elevation, execution, achievement, and leverage of the desired transformation. The purpose of the POWERFUL® Coaching model is to establish the foundation of a powerful step process designed for an ongoing personal transformation and growth. This model is a never-ending process that allows the client to keep always evolving on a cyclic base so even when achieved the final goal he can leverage results and keep on growing towards a new goal always backed by values and purpose.

Purpose: Everyone has a WHY.

The POWERFUL® Coaching model allows the client to build the connexion between the present purpose of the Coaching session and the long-term life major’s Purpose of the client. This long-term major’sPurpose is the ultimate client´s reason this transformation will be achieved through the present Coaching process. Every short or long-term goal has to be backed by a clear alignment Purpose-Values. The client´s values are the solid ground that will support the achievement of his goals during the journey. The client is the unique owner of his values, he needs to own them, understand them and give meaning to them. The client lives by its values and brings them into life as the driving forces that will guide his transformational journey.

Coaching application:

  • What is going on in your life and why you wish to be coached?
  • What is the purpose of the Coaching conversation?
  • How this will support a major purpose in your life?

Objective: Who do you want to become?

As someone once said, “If one does not know to which port is sailing, no wind is favorable”.The Objective phase is strongly connected with the desired Direction of the client’s journey. The direction is the metaphor for designing the right path in the compass of life. The objectives are only the tangible and measurable check-in points so the client will know he is on the right path towards his major Purpose. During this Objective phase, the client will identify his needs and define what is the desired goal or outcome to be achieved during this Coaching session/process.

Coaching application:

  • What would you like to focus on our conversation?
  • What is the great outcome you want to reach by the end of this Coaching session/ Coaching process?
  • Where are you now in regard to your desired outcome?
  • How will you measure success?

W: VividVisualization: Imagine yourself achieving it.

We can’t achieve what we can´t see. This is key to understand the importance of having a crystal clear picture of our future reality, which starts living first in our imagination. Visualization is a powerful step in the process that will enable the client to have a vivid, lucid and insightful picture of the desired outcome. Imagining and living deeply the achievement of the goal will bring this reality into life allowing the client to empower himself. This clear vision has to be supported by the vibration of emotion: the client will feel, see, hear, touch, smell and live the achievement at the deepest level. This vivid step in the process will transport the client to the new dreamed reality that is still to manifest. He will then understand how exactly the outcome looks like.

Coaching application:

  • How does exactly your goal look like?
  • How do you see yourself achieving it?
  • When do you see you achieving it?
  • How is this place of achievement?
  • What emotions are coming to life?
  • What exactly are you sensing?

Empowering: Wire yourself for success.

The client has an unstoppable power within himself, which needs to be uncovered through the power of self-awareness. The client will understand the meaning of his goal. The client will see and clearly state his reasons, motivations that inspire this desire for transformation. This empowering stage will be essential in digging deep into the client´s driving forces that will fuel the following process of achievement of the goal.

Coaching application:

  • Why exactly do you want it?
  • What inspires you to achieve it?
  • What is meaningful for you in this?
  • What are these major reasons?
  • What are you willing to do to overcome any obstacle?
  • How this achievement will help you?
  • How will be your new “self” after this transformation?

Rise: What would you do if success was guaranteed?

The moment of rising, of elevation. The client will now imagine and explore his options, mobilize his resources and strengths. He will clarify the gap between where he is and where he will be. He needs to discover what can be helpful or need to be done to achieve the desired outcome. The client will explore new opportunities, strategies, and course of action that can make it happen. It´s an explorative, though-provoking and creative phase of the process that will enable the client to gain awareness of the options and alternatives that can be done to achieve the goal.

Coaching application:

  • What are your options now?
  • What resources are available for you?
  • What specific strengths are key for you now?
  • How can you make it happen?
  • How can you build on your past successes?
  • What else do you need?

Full Action: Life only rewards action.

Success requires taking massive action backed by discipline and perseverance. The client will choose his strategy, will define his action plan and will commit to act upon previous analysis of his options. He will plan and execute a specific action step plan bringing his alternatives into reality and building with consistency the desired transformation.

Coaching application:

  • What are your massive plans of action?
  • What is the first step you will undertake?
  • How will you do it?
  • When are you starting?
  • What obstacles could get in your way?
  • How would you overcome these challenges?

Unbox: Welcome results.

The client will unbox and welcome change. He will appreciate and observe the results, the new reality and new challenges coming as a result of his accountability and commitment to his action plan. This is the check-in step in which the client will check the results and his course of action. The Coach will support the client in checking what is working and what eventually could be improved.

Coaching application:

  • What are your results?
  • How is a new reality?
  • How satisfied are you?
  • What is working?
  • What can you improve?
  • What else needs to be changed?

Leverage: Happiness equals progress.

This step refers to the power or ability to act or to influence decisions. The client will look at his new results, upcoming challenges, current evolution and new goals to achieve. The client is creating momentum and will leverage his results. He will analyze what are the learnings through the process, what works, what needs to keep progressing, how can he keep evolving and growing with the flow of his power.

Coaching application:

  • What are your learnings?
  • How can you take advantage of your results?
  • What are your new challenges?
  • What are your next goals to achieve?
  • What else can you do to achieve greater results?
  • What new horizons do you want to go to?
