Coaching Model: BALANCE Me!

A Coaching Model Created by Denise Eckert
(Burnout Coach, CANADA)

Lifestyle Coaching for Women who are Struggling with Burnout. Create Balance in your life.

Burnout Coaching Model Denise Eckert

Coaching has been a calling for me. My corporate background had me working in burnout for many years. I struggled to create a more balanced lifestyle for me as I had some beliefs that

didn’t align with my values.

The one belief that I lived with for many years – Being super busy is a sign of being successful! Wrong!!

I have created the program – balance! This encourages women to take a look at their lives and create a more balanced lifestyle for themselves. Balance creates a life where you can enjoy the things that are important to you without the guilt of not being busy.

Below I have outlined the steps of this tool

B – Break it Down

  • Take a look of where they are now
  • Where do they want to go
  • Take a look at their purpose, values and create a clear WHY
  • Examine their core beliefs - dig deep

A – Awareness

Creating awareness is key. Aware of the mind, body, and soul. When you are out of alignment, then things start to break down. Points to consider when creating awareness:

  • What are your triggers
  • What are your limiting beliefs
  • What are your stressors

L – Learn

Creating a learning awareness for learning. Become aware of your beliefs and behaviors. If they aren’t aligned, become aware, and learn to change them.

A – Adventure

Create a supportive and safe environment for you to explore new tools, mindsets, and open new doors to new ideas.

N – Naming Options/Directions

Create a new mindset for yourself. Define your journey and create the road that leads you in that direction.

C – Creating Action

Create an action plan that feels right for you.

E – Evolve

Create the life you want to live – evolve! With the support of your coach, you will be creating the life you want to live. Your coach is here to help you when you need support.
