Change, a life component
The only constant in life is change. – Heraclitus
Changes that affect each of us can occur in our external environments first, for example: a competitor launched a new product, or being on the receiving end of a promotion or of the news that a new baby will arrive in the family.
Change can happen within us, as a result of a shift in perspective, meditation, or maturing, etc.
Change can occur all around us or, in other instances, we can make decisions that will create change when looking for opportunities to grow or to experience something different, to set ourselves up for success as we define it.
Change, a catalyst of transformation
At the essence of human survival is the ability to respond to change. Adapting to different environments successfully made it possible for the human race to live on when other creatures have not.
Taking it a step further, by creating change on purpose, humans and, by extension, communities and businesses, can affect the way they evolve. In this case, change can be sought as a path to positive transformation.
Persevering and growing as an individual or as a business can only be possible when responding to change by embracing it as an opportunity to uncover hidden resources, talents and qualities through exploration and experimentation.
When Change Intervenes
Most individuals and businesses, if not all of them, when describing or envisioning the future, anticipate being on a consistently growing path, much like an upward arrow. Change however inevitably introduces a curve in this arrow, which alters that individual’s or that business’ path forever.

Whether embracing or struggling with change, in private life or business, a trained coach can be a valuable resource to build momentum in embarking on an upward spiral once again.
As a Certified Coach, it is my mission to create an open space for each client to freely share their thoughts, beliefs and feelings. Using empathy and open communication, through powerful questions and listening, I will support the client in uncovering not only hidden roadblocks but also new ways of approaching the challenges he/she is facing.
Moving into action, exploring supporting structures, setting accountability measures, and celebrating successes along the way would be other results of our partnership.
