A Coaching Model Created by Coca Staicu

Because coaching is a process that accompanies people to achieve the hidden goals, it requires adaptability throughout the entire coaching sessions. The experience that I have so far in coaching showed me that there are no pattern to use them, and my basic principle is that from the big things are done by little things. Thus the model from which I start every time is AssUMeD, planning to stay with each client on each every stage of him, as long as necessary, so that at the end of the session the results desired by the customer to be tangible and the road clear.
Awareness – establishing the purpose and meaning of the session by clarifying values, what you really want to do, gaps or pain caused by various factors. This helps the client to look into the future and so to develop new perspectives, thus avoiding blockage from his past experiences.
Understand –clarifying and understanding of the current reality in which the client is, how motivated is he to reach the established goal and how it can impact the life objective, followed by identifying opportunities and strategies which help him achieve their goal. At this stage the client may be able to build a list of all possible alternatives and in this way he can identify the strategy which generates the best results.
Mind – which are the concrete actions he make after choosing the road, the time that he assign for the project, the persons involved in this project with clear role for each of them..
Evident Direction – building a complete puzzle of the road on which it has to go in order to achieve the goals.
