Transformational Coaching Model Theresa LambertAs Deepak Chopra said, the formula is simple: when you change your story, you change your experience of life. And at the heart of this transformation is where you’ll find “you”.

It may sound simple but it took me a while to crack the code and shift from “always on and always achieving at all cost” to achieving with grace, balance, and ease. If implemented correctly, these steps will help you follow your unique path and forge ahead, regardless of uncertainty, and succeed with elegance and less struggle.

This 3-step coaching process works together in synergy and by the end, you will understand that you are the person who creates your experience—you are in the driver’s seat. You don’t need to be rescued, you don’t need to be right, you don’t have to do anything you do not want to.

What follows is a process of both self-exploration and self-expression. The more masterful you become in each area, the more your life will shift. This is “Self-Management” Mastery at its most distilled.

World-renowned leadership coach Brian Tracy said, “Everything you ever are or ever will be is entirely up to you”. This is my method to help you become the version of “you” that you want to be.

Self-Management Mastery starts by creating awareness around who you are at your core. Thisisnotaboutwhatyoudo, where you work, or what you own.

You are NOT your results.

You are the only person who can do what you do, the way you do it. To change your story, you have to first understand what your story is, what parts you want to change, and where you want to go.

This step is about gaining clarity and defining how to use your inner drive to achieve as a catalyst for positive change and growth.

Exploration. Curiosity. Self-Awareness

  • Who are you at your core?
  • What are your values and beliefs about yourself, the world, and others?
  • What's working for you/not working anymore?
  • What would you like to experience in this lifetime? How would you like to feel?
  • What's your inner driver, your WHY, your purpose?

Once you have clarity and awareness around your story, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, it’s time to become intentional around how you will put the new vision into motion.

You do this by becoming intentional around how you spend your time, who you spend your time with, how you show up for yourself and others, and ultimately, how you make conscious decisions to move towards the direction of your choosing.

Bringing intention to every moment of your day is like having an invisible compass; your decisions are driven by intrinsic motivation.

Clarity. Direction. Action.

  • What would you like to do with the self-awareness you now have?
  • What activities or goals would help you experience life the way you desire?
  • What would you like to spend your time doing?/ How will you put this visioning motion?
  • What would this look like in your life?
  • What action could you take to get started?
  • How would you like to show up for yourself and others?

This is the step that weaves it all together. You are your number one asset, if you take care of yourself, you can take care of others, your business, and be the brilliant leader you were destined to be.

You have to become obsessed with caring for yourself to generate the energy to show up fully and take responsibility for your life’s direction. If you have productive energy you will have incredible clarity. If you manage your stress, you will be able to make decisions from a  position of strength and positivity—, not fear.

When we focus on doing things that energize us and let go of the stuff that doesn’t, it’s the most incredible needle mover we will ever experience.

Focus. Energy. Aliveness.

  • What areas of life give you energy and which take it away?
  • What is one thing you could do today to feel more energized?
  • What nourishes your body +mind?
  • What activity/experience makes you feel the most alive? Does the goal
  • you chose to make you feel energized?
  • What would open up if you had the energy to do things you love?
