Be yourself

Who are you know?

You have to be aware of your current situation, the starting point of the journey to achieve your goal.

The current situation is mainly defined by your believes and your values.

You will identify this believes that fit your philosophy.

This self-awareness will allow you a better understanding of yourself. It is key to understand
your needs, your desires, your patterns and your emotions ; and a key to change. It will create a shift.

Explore your thoughts

A current situation generate some thoughts which bring emotions of feelings.

By exploring these thoughts, you understand better why you are feeling in a particular way and which believes are attached to that feeling.

Your emotional intelligence could be supported by being mindful. That will allow you to control
your thoughts, acknowledge them and let them go.

This is the process to be able to see yourself aware of thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions.

This awareness leads clarity for next step and allow you to identify and create opportunities. What do you want?

Love yourself

The love of yourself will be empower through acknowledgement and gratitude. That will brings you happiness.

Acknowledge yourself, recognize what you do well, be focus on that. This is appreciative
inquiry. The coach will support you to improve your current practices and do what you do better.

Being grateful to yourself will brings positive emotion. Acknowledge this feeling and be generous with yourself.

In the moment

A mindfulness attitude will support you to be present, to enjoy life that is happening now.

Meditate about change and embrace what is happening.

A better awareness will come through mindfulness.

Be present to your thoughts, emotions and reactions.

Be aware of thoughts and decide what to do with them by focusing on breath.

Stay focus on the present moment.

Energize yourself

This changing process will support you to move forward from good to great.

Find the ressources needed to get to the goal.

How to be committed to your goal and action plan?

How will you know that the goal is achieved?

You will find new possibilities for yourself and support in fulfilling your potential.

Visualise your goal

Identify and create opportunities, describe them precisely and make them specific.

Your goal needs to be challenging in order to put action in something on your life.

These goals and visions will support you to achieve a change.

You are able to create your own dream life and keep moving forward. Find the harmony.

By creating this picture you will identify obstacles you will face to reach your goal.

Visualizing your goals is powerful to be a catalyst for creating results.

Empower yourself

See and identify different perspectives to find ideas and opportunities which will drive your actions.

Be pro-active : What is the action plan to achieve your goal ? – that will create new learnings.

Move from commitment to accountability – be responsible for your actions to reach your goal.

That will create change in your lives and bring happiness.

The coach support you in taking action to empower perspectives.

Focus on growth, turn the specific goal into an accomplishment.

This is the learning process to move forward and to have new prospectives.

Be accountable to actions you take to the desire outcome.

Empowering yourself to create a shift in your perception about yourself (learn, grow and produce results desired) – supported by the coach.

Having this desire to achieve change and learn something new, this desire to move to an empowering perspective.

Believe in your ability to achieve your desired changes
