My clients often say they feel they have been really listened to during our coaching session. They feel they have the space to talk about their issues and what bothers them. I try to give them the time and space they often do not receive in their busy jobs and homes.

At Calm Your Mind I am working with clients that are feeling lost in their life. My coaching sessions are based on feelings of calm, trust, and really being listened to. I want the clients to feel they are in a comfortable space so they can leave their problems behind and that they are not being judged so they can say what is really on their minds.

When clients trust their coach, they relax and are open to going deeper into their thoughts which might result in eventually making decisions and taking action. I want to make sure that my clients feel they can share with me what is on their minds until they feel ready to move on. Only when they feel calm, they can take the next step of discussing what it is they would like to achieve in the session and considering the actions they will be taking.

C for COURAGE

What is your STORY – You are here, you have taken that action to come to me and that is a huge step! I will listen to your story giving you space without judgment so you can say what you want to say. I will make you feel you are in the right place with a trusted person, with someone who really listens to you. I will give you the time you need to express your feelings and emotions. I will ask you questions that will help you go deeper into your story and think of areas/beliefs which might have blocked you so far from making decisions or taking actions.

A for ALTERATION

What do you want to CHANGE – Once you feel you have shared with me what was on your mind we will talk about what, if any, you would like to do to change your story moving forward. We will discuss why this is important to you at that very moment. We will talk about your potential goal and what you would like to change in that story or behavior if anything.

L for LOOK FORWARD

What is NEXT – When you know what you want to change, we will discuss the next steps: what you want to do and how you want to achieve it. We will go one by one discussing which steps you want to take to achieve your goal. We will discuss which actions you want to take moving forward and what can help you with that.

M for MEASUREMENT

What is the OUTCOME – We will discuss what will be your first step in your action and how you will know that you have achieved it. We will check how motivated you feel to take that action. We will also discuss if there is anything or anyone including myself that can help you in this process. We will discuss your account and how you will measure you have been taking these steps.

We will be moving forward with making a progress at a pace that is comfortable for my client. I want to make sure they have this space during their journey and feel there is no judgment but understanding from my side. I believe a client can achieve a lot if they are ready to take that step. Even if they lose confidence throughout their journey they still come back on their track if they feel there is trust and no pressure from the coach. That is what I do at Calm Your Mind.
