(Transformational Coach, INDIA)

Transformational Coaching Model Ashvin Deshpande 1

Transformational Coaching Model Ashvin Deshpande 2Life is a “Practice” of being successful in all six spheres viz. Personal, Professional, Spiritual, Social, Financial and Family.

Everyone of us face challenges on this journey of life, thereby “Questions” arise. Some questions get answered and some don’t.

The quest of finding an answer to those unanswered questions brings the client to “Coaching.” Coaching helps finding answers through “Self Awareness.”

Transformational Coaching Model Ashvin Deshpande 4About me:

I am a Human Excellence Trainer working with people from all walks of life for the last two decades.

My Clients represent almost every section of society. Therefore, I have created a holistic coaching model which will support all kinds of coaching viz. life, executive, business, career coaching.

Contracting

Bringing complete clarity in the mind of the Client about the Coaching Process and the role of the Coach.

Understanding current situation and the challenge.

Setting SMART Goal.

Building Rapport and deciding the timeline.

Establishing Trust & Intimacy with the Client.

Redefining

Helping the client to “Redefine” the current situation through visualization, metaphors, alternatives and bringing the awareness about the powers and resources that the client already possess.

Bring the underlined issues, if any, on the fore. Building a confidence in the client’s mind that he/she can handle the situation. Make the client feel energy and enthusiasm to explore more.

Creating

As the Client has already started to look at the options, set the path of progress, motivate him/her to take action.

While the clients accepts accountability ensure you have direct communication about the desired outcome.

As the actions plan is created, help the client see, feel and hear the consequences of the implementation already.

Practice

The Client has developed within him/her the awareness about the challenge and is ready to implement the action plan.

As a Coach help the client to generate enough “Will Power” through inner strength and through a concrete support system so that implementation becomes a reality.

With future pacing of the changed situation, ask the client whether any further support is needed through you or anybody else.
