Acknowledging and celebrating gifts within

  • G – Generate Goal
  • I – Introspect Ideas, Resources and Obstacles
  • F – Formulate Options
  • T -Take Action
  • S – Success, Self Acknowledgement

G- Generate Goals –

  • probing through questions to ensure the goals are real , meaningful and relevant to the client
  • SMART : Specific, Measurable, Attainable,Realistic, Time-bound
  • Client takes full accountability for each goal
  • support the client to build a complete projection of the goals by exploring how each will look, sound and feel on achieving
  • support the client in identifying milestones that make the goal seem attainable and having a much clearer idea of what he/she wanting to

client experiences realistic sensing of the goals, testing what he/she wants, identifying smaller goals (milestones) that measure progress while working towards the goal

 I – Introspect (Ideas,Resources and Obstacles)

  • provide the client a safe space to
    • ‘look within’ and notice what is taking place
    • understand intent by unravelling emotions, deeper feelings, beliefs that clientconsiders as
      • strengths, resources
      • obstacles preventing him/her from moving forward
    • reflect on ideas coming up intuitively, exploring them deeply – how do the detailslook, sound and feel

allows space for client be self-aware, mindful in acknowledging their inherent gifts leading to a pow
erful true
state which is higher, broader than perceived limitations.

F – Formulate Options

  • provide the client a safe space for silent reflection to new ways of thinking
  • support client in
    • exploring multiple options
    • shaping and developing options to arrive at a relevant range
  • establish criteria for evaluating those options
  • committing to the options formulated

T – Take Action

  • support the client in developing a concrete plan to move from current state to desired outcome
  • self awareness within client to know when they have achieved each action bymonitoring self generated key performance indicators
  • support client to stay committed to
    • action with concrete time lines and
    • clarity on support needed while integrating all action items
  • support client in keeping the momentum and staying on track

client  summarises  action  plan  in  writing  or  email,  committing  to execute, review and follow-up as per finalised timelines

S – Support, Success, Self Acknowledgement

  • create space for client to
    • stay focused on actions leading to the desired outcomes
    • be motivated when the going gets tough
    • be challenged positively when disempowered, demonstrating belief in the client
  • Celebrate success  –  while  discovering  insights,  taking  positive  step  forward,achieving every milestone of the action plan
  • Self acknowledgement by the client for discovering their gifts, inner power
