Inspiration
The next step on your journey is to find the inspiration that will spur you on to make necessary changes in order to move from the darkness into the light. When you listen to your dreams, hopes, and desires, you connect with the light that shines inside each and every one of us. This connection with your true self creates the strength and courage within you to take the steps necessary to create the better, brighter, and lighter life you are dreaming about.
Questions to ponder during this stage of the process:
- What makes your heart sing?
- What brings meaning to your life?
- What are your dreams?
- What is a theme in your life that keeps coming up?
- Who do you want to be?
- What do you want to create in my life/work/relationships/myself?
- How do you see your future self?
- What have you always thought/dreamed about, but never actually done?
- What are your values?
- What are your needs?
Goals
Based on your inspirations, dreams, and desires, we now identify specific goals you want to achieve and start building a unique framework for you to safely explore and develop new ways of thinking, feeling and acting. We create specific action steps to help you create a brighter, lighter, and more joyful life.
Questions to ponder during this stage of the process:
- What do you want to accomplish?
- What gives you a sense of success?
- What does “being successful” mean to you?
- What will it look like if you reach your goal?
- What milestones do you want to reach?
Heart/Healing
Every true, lasting transformation is an inner process with the outer steps just being the result of the changes achieved deep inside ourselves. Therefore, the next step on our coaching journey is exploring your heartland, opening up and holding a safe space for you where you can deeply get in touch with yourself. We explore if there are wounds (like emotional pain, frustration, anger, resentments, grievances, unforgiveness, bitterness, etc.) that hold you back and stand in your way of creating a joyful, happy, balanced, and peaceful life and what would support you best in letting go of these limitations. You will learn how to listen to your inner voice and use a balanced relationship between mind, body, and spirit as reliable compass to create your life.
Questions to ponder during this stage of the process:
- What is holding me back right now?
- What/Who stands in the way between myself and my dreams?
- What grief or grievances do I live with and how do they influence my life?
- Who do I need to forgive in order to move forward and become emotionally free?
- What do I have to take care of right now to tackle my problem(s) once and for all?
- In which areas of my life do I experience emotional pain?
- What are concrete steps I can take to heal (areas of) my life?
Transformation
Moving through grief, emotional pain and fear is the entry to transformation. Finding the light inside of ourselves sets free the energy that we need to permanently and effectively change our lives. Living in the present, taking good care of ourselves, being guided from the heart as well as the mind in a balanced
approach, and realizing that we have all the answers inside of us already, makes us soar in ways we never thought possible.
During this final stage of the process, you learn to see yourself and your life in a different way. You understand that you are in charge of your own life and it is up to you what you choose to believe and create. Whatever the darkness in your life might have looked like, the light is now waiting for you to be discovered and embraced.

- How are you different now than when you started?
- How has the quality of your life changed?
- How has the way you present yourself to the world changed?
- What can you do to make sure that you stay connected with the light that is shining deep inside of yourself?
