In Chinese philosophy TAO means the absolute principle underlying the universe, combining within itself the principles of yin and yang and signifying the way, path or journey. Nowadays it is used in relation to the code of behaviour which is harmonious with the natural order. But most importantly is may also mean to lead or guide (導). The concept perfectly aligns itself in the idea of Tao Living and Tao Leading, where a balance can be achieved through several activities and system of beliefs. In coaching it allows to answer the question of how to connect educational techniques, motivational exercises in order to achieve an inner harmony and peace allowing fora more fulfilling life and work experience.
