GROW Executive Coaching Model Ann-Marie Purvis

A Coaching Model By Ann-Marie Purvis
Executive Coach, SWITZERLAND

The upward managing of their Directors and how the Executive would desire to be managed and supported are topics that are frequently brought up by Executive Clients, so I have applied the GROW model and Situation Leadership Model to them in my Coaching Model essay. Global company executives are under a lot of strain, and it is a common problem that their leaders haven’t changed their leadership style to reflect the new level of ability and confidence of the executive. The Executives are stressed and worried about this because they frequently believe it harms their relationship with their Leader, their confidence, and their own brand inside the firm.

Positive Psychology Francesca Castagnetti_Coaching_Research_Paper

A Research Paper By Francesca Castagnetti
Life Coach, ITALY

Ms. Maaike Rijken, an extraordinary woman and a seasoned expert in the field of psychology, was the subject of my interview. Maaike created and developed the international Positive Psychology program at the University of Applied Science in Amsterdam, where she has been delivering specific training programs for several years. Positive psychology is concerned with people’s well-being; happiness entails both fulfillment and the ability to be resilient. It’s about feeling energized, fulfilled, and uplifted, all of which are elements of happiness. Being happy can also be achieved by engaging in activities that are normally associated with happiness, such as attending a party, attending a football match for those who are interested, or engaging in any other activity that produces an immediate feeling of enjoyment.

Mathilde Poirieux Career Transition Claire Braunwald_Coaching_Research_Paper

A Research Paper By Claire Braunwald
Change Coach, HONG KONG

I was fortunate enough to cross Mathilde Poirieux’s path through the ICF Hong Kong Chapter when I first began my coaching career. Mathilde is the President of the ICF Hong Kong Chapter and a PCC Senior Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor. I recall Mathilde’s enthusiasm and readiness to share her passion for coaching and understanding of the coaching process with newcomers like myself who had a lot of questions, including how to get started. Her encouragement and support helped me achieve clarity on my path and the route I should follow at a pivotal point in my career and life, and it had a great and long-lasting impact on me. Fast forward three years to the building of my ICA portfolio, and I’ve learned a lot.

Leadership Coach Shay Babila_Coaching_Research_Paper

A Research Paper By Shay Babila
Life Coach, AUSTRIA

Leadership coach approach, when a new team leader in a company thinks he is smarter and wiser than his team members, he should reconsider his perspective. If you have a hierarchical approach to leadership, where I am better than you, for example, that is not how leadership will be regarded in the future. People want to work in an environment where the boss is also a coach. This idea means that people will believe that their leaders have the ability to allow space for the client to find a solution rather than providing a solution. Leaders assist new employees in developing themselves by providing space and asking strange questions.
