Daisy is an experienced leadership coach. She helps leaders to connect with their inspired personal purpose, helping them to see new lights and new directions in challenging situations, empowering them to think outside the box, be their best self and make a greater impact. She co-creates effective strategies with the leaders she supports to overcome their challenges and move them into actions.
Daisy has spent the last 20 years living in different countries including Australia, China, Middle East, South East Asia and USA. She has coached expat and local leaders in the areas of personal resourcefulness and leadership effectiveness. Currently she is based in USA, and in addition to her USA based clients, she continues to coach leaders in the Asia Pacific region via phone and video meetings (such as WebEx and Zoom). Daisy coaches fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
