ADVANCED PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Advanced coach training for those wanting to leverage time, effort and revenue by coaching groups, as well as individuals.
A program for coaches wanting to also become change leaders and deliver coaching in either an individual and group setting. This program includes the core competencies and practice all coaches need to practice at a professional level, but also includes the latest theories on change and change management. At the end of the course you will have ongoing access via the ICA graduate program for 12 months, and lifelong access to the ICA community via the ICA Coach Collective.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Earn experience hours (pro bono and barter) towards an ACC or PCC credential with ICA’s Peer coaching.

MENTORING
Mentor coaching is a requirement for all level 2 certifications and ACC or PCC credential applications. At ICA, it’s included in your total program hours.
- 3 hours One on One Mentoring

EXAM PREPARATION
We’ll prepare you for your final performance evaluation by listening to you coach and then sharing recommendations and feedback that will support you with your final exam preparation and submission.
YOUR COACHING MODEL
A ‘one size fits all’ coaching model is fine for beginner coaches, but ultimately you need your own unique coaching model. One that reflects your values and personality, and communicates to future employers and clients who you are as a coach and the problems you solve. We teach you how to create this.
YOUR COACH STARTER PACK
With our support and guidance you will create your coach starter pack so that you are ‘client ready’ by the time you graduate. This includes a range of templates and suggestions for you to use or repurpose.
YOUR BUSINESS MODEL
The last few years has seen a rapid uptake of online or virtual coaching. Having been online for 20 years we know this space well and will support you to get your business online, helping you to identify your signature offer, brand and social media strategy.
Team and Group Coaching Certification (AATC)
The Advanced Program is the most time and cost-efficient option for those wanting to add Team and Group Coaching to their professional services. With this direct entry, the entire Level 2 and AATC curriculum is released to you at the time of enrollment. You then complete the classes and labs in any order, graduating with triple certification (Level 2, FlipIt, AATC). This option also includes 2 years ongoing access to selected classes and labs post graduation.
GROUP & TEAM DYNAMICS
Explore the theories and frameworks of Group and Team Coaching, including the similarity and differences between the two applications. Learn how to build your business by leveraging the power of coaching many vs coaching one.
TEAM COACHING LABS
Put theory into practice, integrating the knowledge and skills taught in classes into team or group coaching sessions. Take on the role of coach, with faculty feedback, insights and guidance.
COACHING SUPERVISION
Often described as a spa for coaches, Coaching Supervision is a chance to unpack and resolve any coaching challenges. It’s a time to check in and reflect on the emotional and energetic demands experience in the role of coach.
TEAM COMPETENCY LABS
Introduction to the ICF Team Coaching Competencies, exploring how they can be integrated into Team or Group Coaching sessions.
GRADUATE MEMBERSHIP
Continue with Coach Supervision and selected classes and labs for 12 months post graduation.
FLIPIT CERTIFICATION
Learn how to reframe a perspective with both individuals and groups. This program includes the ICA Coaching Power Tools and FlipIt Framework.
