Feel the logic
Intellectual reasoning & intuitive feelings are very different in nature, yet complementary to each other.
Being on one extreme of any of those two makes it difficult to communicate and to take decisions, so during self-awareness journey, client will be able to identify which side he/she skewed toward and if he/she is being an extremist to any of the 2 factors. This awareness will help the client to work toward balancing their logic with their feelings.
2-Hold Your Vision
- After the client reach high level of self-awareness, Its time to set a vision, a broad objective, a dream where the client will work toward achieving it.
- In this phase, the client will be able to describe where he want to reach, and how does it look like, how would he feel about it.
- The coach will encourage the client to dream, to talk about it, to feel it and to see his vision clearly.
3-Establish Goals
- Now the client reached a stage where he needs to set GOALS & TASKS that will enable him to achieve his vision
- The coach will challenge the client and support him to put realistic goals
4-Act
- Now we have defined goals, the client should set an action plan with timeline.
- Through out implementing the action plan, the coach will acknowledge the client and motivate him on his accomplishments.
- Any Underlying believe that will be a barrier for the client to achieve his goals will be realized and discussed in this phase.
5-Develop
- Development comes through assessing performance, fine tune goals/actions that doesn’t seem to be working and celebrating achievements.
Closure
- Coaching is all about CHANGE…about TRANSFORMATION, unique people are those who take the risk, go the extra mile and go out of their way to develop and to move to a higher level in their lives.
- To change, you need to feel the logic in your mind, you will want to free your heart from fears that stops you from improving, you will have to believe in yourself, know yourself & love yourself.
