The 6 C’s Coaching Model – “C’s what you want!”
My 6 C’s coaching model is draw based on what I have been experiencing during my peer coaching journey, my values and beliefs:
- coaching is about action
- action requires personal discipline
- personal discipline is the key to move forward
- moving forward requires a process (different stages to achieve a certain outcome)
- the coaching process has:
- the client (drives all the process)
- the coach (support and hold the client)
- an outcome (the client’s goals)
- a method (the action plan)
- a way to be measured (follow-up)
The fuel of all this process is ACKNOWLEDGEMENT during each step of the journey.
