What is coaching?
A certified coach is someone who works with you to help you achieve your life goals. Coaches hold themselves to very high ethical standards, and make sure to implement the International Coaching Federation Standards of Conduct with every client.
What is the foundation to my coaching?
Create a vision, goals, and ideas towards a resolution.
Execute the plan!!
With this foundation, you’ll flourish and bloom into the person you desire to become!!
During the Identifying stage, we’ll discuss anything you’d like to bring to the session. One of the main focuses will be what goal you have, where you are on current ones, and ways to celebrate those you have accomplished. These sessions may be several sessions long, depending on what you’re wanting to work on, where you are, and other things that come up that you may want to discuss.
Creating is such a great time to really envision your goals coming true. This stage helps clarify your wants, desires, and any underlying things that may be keeping you from moving forward. This is a great time for us to brainstorm what hang ups there may be, and what we can do to get you closer to your goals.
Executing your plans is such a wonderful feeling of accomplishment! This is where you really see your work come into fruition! From here we celebrate your steps to becoming who your future self will be!!
Usually this plan would be in sequential order, however during sessions it is very likely that this will spur other ideas along, and other insights into what you’d like to accomplish. These can be addressed later, and other rings can develop off of it, like a lotus leaf design. I think the most important part as a client would be to really imagine and identify with the things you would like to set goals to. From here a linear path will naturally unfold for you. A client may come with a desired outcome, but be curious as to what gave light to these new goals. This plan is so easy for a client and coach to step in at any point of the cycle, and see how things naturally develop from any given shift.
