What is “Living Evolution”?
Latin: rolled out, unfolded (e.g. a book scroll);
A process of change in a certain direction, development (merriam-webster.com)
To be alive, to have a life rich in experience (merriam-webster.com)
The way of living life as an experience of development, development being a constant process of growth, ultimately and where done with mindfulness: becoming the best version of oneself
Living Evolution is…
- To Observe… looking at the object of our attention. Observation is facilitated by creating present moment awareness. Find yourself in a space of: there is no right or wrong. It simply is the way it is.
- To find Purpose… knowing the cause you work and live for. There are unlimited ways to look for and find that purpose…e.g.: finding meaning in what you do, creating motivation and interest to act from within. The purpose of your doing ultimately reflects your life’s purpose, your cause of being.
- To set an Intention… being committed to applying your purpose. Expand your vision to set an intention that feels right for you now. Act with Strength, Confidence, and Passion. Intention motivates from within, as if it were the ‘engine’ of action. It’s where Inspiration and Creativity reside. Acting with intention means to create your voice and style.
- To manifest the Intention… aligning Observation, Purpose and Intention with Action. We create action to make the intention physically real: Live and work along your journey rather than longing for a destination - Ending up where the fruits of your doing take you - Ever progressing, ever endless:
Life is a journey, not a destination – How do you resonate with it?
