Results Accomplished
In the 6 months coaching intervention with Steve, the following results were seen:
- Awareness created on the Leadership competencies Self-Management which included the maintenance health and time management and how to create actions
- Awareness has been created on Personal branding and managing progress by upgrading himself on knowledge required to make your presence felt in CXO levels
- Awareness has been created on how to move oneself from transactions to strategies and thereby creating a transformation
- Awareness has been created on how the growth expected need to Holistic in nature
Coach’s Learning:
- Holistic Improvement requires more time as the client is not able to comprehend certain aspects of Business and Strategic Leadership Traits as domain knowledge is relevant for such intervention for the client.
- Setting up correct expectations is must as it can put off the client in case of nonachievement of the desired actions.
- Actions are easily agreed by the client but many a times it takes longer to achieve and in certain cases it does not happen during the agreed coaching intervention duration.
- Transformational behavioural changes are difficult to achieve and falling back to the original position is huge and action for complete change goes beyondcoaching intervention.
- The coach had to tackle the irritation on non-achievement in the client.
